To purchase tickets, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include the base ticket price and may be subject to additional service fees displayed at checkout. All sales are final once payment is confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payment via credit/debit cards (processed through Stripe) and USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. For USDT payments, the exact amount must be sent to the specified wallet address.

5. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically to your registered email address. Delivery times may vary depending on the event and seller. We guarantee delivery before the event date.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only provided if:

• The event is cancelled and not rescheduled
• The tickets provided are invalid or do not match the listing
• The tickets are not delivered before the event

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's operation
• Resell tickets purchased through Tixor at inflated prices on other platforms

8. Limitation of Liability

Tixor acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. While we verify sellers and guarantee ticket authenticity, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the tickets. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
